the good folks who try and save wild Steelhead.

I  feel we might Just want a buy-out with the Hoh and WA. dept. of fish and wildlife. I feel until that happens we are applying only short term solutions to wild stocks of  Steelhead and salmon.  If we can't get the Natives to stop netting our last wild runs of Steelhead and salmon , whats the point of everything else...This should be the first thing done, then, new regulations on retaining wild steehead ,Like no keeping wild fish, maybe restricting the number of guides,especially guides from out of state on all Washington waters . Increase fees...and make those funds available directly to a Buy-out ! 
Perhaps,  we need to realize the treaty deal (Bolt) is no longer applicable and action is needed now to save the last of all our wild fish !  The Hoh tribe already gets money from the US government for  new housing, schools , PUDs , ...yet the Hoh tribe has made it clear...the sooner the fish are all gone the more support the Federal government will give us  ! 
Some things just do not make sense and this is one of them...all my guide friend's , and  wild steelhead society, coalition , wild fish lovers, nature conservancy , Hoh river trust, etc...we need someone with teeth , balls , and the smarts to take on the Political quagmire of saving Hoh wild fish in 2014 !  I feel we first need to secure the resource , witch are the wild salmon and Steelhead of the Hoh !
Why wait to start the conversation about this matter...its happening today !  We are being fucked over by our  states policies and old laws, we need to take action today or start  gearing up for fishing for carp in Green lake ! Yikes !!
