Yucatan Mexico, flat fishing at its best!

Bonefish, Permit, and Tarpon at the end of the road in Q. Roo Mexico. November/December time frame.

The week includes everything but your airfare to and from Cancun, tips for guides and lodge staff, one nights lodging, and your beers. I am your host and logistics planner, bringing with me 25 years of flats fishing, casting instruction and extra rods and reels, flies, leaders, tippets, and handling all the details of this amazing trip to the most southern end of the Mexican Yucatan.

Pictured Al S. with a average size Tarpon... I offer two trips every year  back to back. I've been fly fishing the Yucatan since 1995. This  area is the best I found for Big Bones, Huge Permit, Tarpon, Snook, Cuda and Jacks. Not to mention the best guides, lodging and food .

Two Trips a year. Total group size 6 to 12. This is the very best time to escape WA winter and get some sun and fun!
Per. guest $4800.00 for the week
Everything except airfare, tips, bar tab, and a couple meals and lodging the night you fly in. The travel plans look like this, arrive in Cancun the Saturday of your trip, Taxi to the WE hotel in Puerto Morelos. The Hotel is newer and about 70.00 dollars for two. We depart with Cancun van lines Sunday morning and head south towards the southern Yucatan. Half way down we stop for lunch and to grab beers and forgotten items for your trip. Arriving at the small town  our destination around 4 pm gives us time to unpack and unwind. Its a perfect chance to gear up for the 5 days of fishing the best flats I know of...
On Saturday morning at weeks end we depart at 8 am and arrive in Cancun at the Airport at 1 pm in plenty of time to check into our 5 pm flight back to Seattle.
